The Department of Scientific Affairs and the Information Technology Center at the National University of Science and Technology, in collaboration with Meta Future Academy and Intilaq Academy for Training and Development, organized a workshop titled "Global Gas and Oil Needs and Energy Security", presented by energy specialist Dr. Said Fadil Ahmed Farag from Egypt, on Friday, November 10, 2023, at 9:00 PM via Google Meet.
The workshop addressed the importance of securing gas and oil sources in the context of global energy needs. Dr. Said Fadil discussed the current challenges in the energy sector and ways to achieve sustainability in this vital field. The workshop provided an excellent opportunity for participants to gain knowledge and engage in discussions about energy security, contributing to raising awareness about the significance of sustainable energy for achieving sustainable development.
