Smoking and its Impact on Individuals and Society

The Department of Scientific Affairs at the National University of Science and Technology, in collaboration with Meta Future Academy and Rushd Academy for Development and Training in Tripoli, Lebanon, organized a workshop titled "Smoking and its Impact on Individuals and Society", presented by Hamza Mustafa from Lebanon, on Thursday, September 21, 2023, at 7:30 PM via Google Meet.

The workshop focused on exploring the impact of smoking on individuals and society, with Mr. Hamza discussing the health and social problems associated with this harmful habit, as well as its effects on personal health and the surrounding environment. The workshop provided a valuable opportunity for learning and discussion about the consequences of smoking and ways to quit, contributing to raising health awareness and supporting the achievement of sustainable development goals.
