National University Initiates Healthcare Services for Visitors During Arbaeen, Under the Supervision of President Dr. Abdul Razzaq Laibi
In a heartwarming gesture of community support, National University has launched an initiative to provide healthcare services to visitors making their way through Dhi Qar province for the Arbaeen pilgrimage. The initiative, carried out under the guidance and direction of Dr. Abdul Razzaq Laibi Al-Rubaie, President of the National University of Science and Technology, and in collaboration with Dr. Salah Hadi, Head of the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority, demonstrates the university's commitment to serving the Iraqi community.
The university mobilized its Medical Analysis Department, Nursing Department, and Pharmacy College, with students and faculty offering direct healthcare services to pilgrims over a continuous ten-day period. The initiative, led by the Student Activities Department, saw volunteers providing first aid, medical consultations, and necessary health support to the large number of pilgrims passing through the province.
This initiative reflects the university's dedication to the social responsibility of its students and staff, showcasing their pride in contributing to the well-being of the community. National University continues to play an active role in promoting public health and supporting the Iraqi people, especially during significant religious events such as Arbaeen.
